Esther has been a part of these properties her entire life. Esther's late & cherished mom and dad, Russell & Susan St Clair, established all properties before she was born, and since birth has been a part of all phases of development and tenant relations. Esther has plentiful experience with the properties and loves to work closely to take care of our beloved tenants.

Jeremy has been with the properties since Esther & Jeremy fell in love in 2014. Jeremy is a United States Air Force veteran with experience in property maintenance & facility management. Jeremy is highly attentive, motivated, and cares deeply in ensuring all properties are maintained and integral as a part of our tenant's business success.
What We do
Property Management
St Clair Properties LLC cares & maintains properties exclusively for the Esther Rose St Clair Trust. The captioned properties are legacy properties procured, developed, and passed from Russ & Sue St Clair into the Trust upon their unfortunate passing in 2017. St Clair Properties LLC functions as the property maintenance & management agency for the properties, working alongside PMZ's Matt Jones to create a lasting, respectful, and engaged relationship with our tenants and partners in loving memory of Russ & Sue.
