For all management and maintenance issues, please utilize the Tenant Help & Contact page here send a message. We will respond typically within 24 hours. For urgent requests, please call or text Jeremy or Esther Epps on the contact page and we will respond within 24 hours.
If you are a current tenant or are interested in a property managed by St Clair Properties LLC, please contact Matt Jones at PMZ at (209)614-2571. Matt works closely with St Clair Properties LLC to develop and broker listings and engage in property development.
For Waterford Boat Storage tenants, please utilize the Tenant Portal to inquire regarding available units and see the Waterford Boat Storage page for current rates and other information.
All tenants are now required to use the Tenant Portal to pay rents electronically. No paper checks, money-orders, nor cash will be accepted. E-Checks accepted for ACH Transfers. Please note that paper checks will not be accepted after May 1, 2022, and that all tenants will be required to utilize the tenant portal for rents. Checks received after 5/1/2022 will be returned and tenant will be contacted to correct.
